I set up an appt.For an oil change and maintenence.
When I arrived at rizza cadillac I was being helped by john. I told him I paid for a maintence package when I purchased the vehicle. He said there was nothing in the computer. He made a big deal, made me feel *** and I asked him to call the other dealership where I had previous service done who went out of there way to take care of me.
He said in a loud rude voice, I'm not calling them. I left without getting any service, and had to take my car 20 miles farther to get it serviced. This is ridiculous and unfair. They should have paperwork on file showing what extras I paid for.
for peat sakes I purchased the vehiicle there. I also paid for dent repairs, omg what will I go through for that???? Very pissed. This is my third vehicle I purchased from them and its the last.
Over the last 7 years I have had problems with rizzas service dept.They need training in customer service and satisfaction.
